Kadokawa plans to publicize an official Touhou magazine under the full supervision of ZUN. The date of first volume is going to be 30 September this year. It will probably including interviews with ZUN and etc.
This is Kotohime, a princess that appeared in Phantasmagoria of Dim. Dream. She claims to be a police officer, but judging by her theme “Maniacal Princess”, I think she’s just nuts. There are some speculations regarding her being an inspiration for Kaguya’s character, you should check touhou wiki!
